I connect brand, marketing and operations into one plan. The work covers four areas: Digital Marketing Management, Growth & Distribution Strategy, Brand & Business Realignment, and the Discovery & Audit Session. Most work starts with the Discovery Session, which finds the biggest gap first.

No. Most of the work is for owner-led hospitality businesses, such as villas and hotels. It also covers food and beverage brands, product brands, and creative or service businesses, including individual professionals. The method is the same: find the missing piece, then connect it.

Yes. Many projects sit next to an existing team as a strategy layer, for a repositioning, a growth push or a fix in distribution. Your team keeps running the day-to-day.

Based in Bali, working with businesses across Indonesia. Past work includes two boutique hotels in California, and I have worked with teams in Indonesia, the US and Switzerland. Sessions and reports run in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

The Discovery Session is free. It is a 1.5–2 hour working session that ends with a written action plan. After that, the work is scoped as a project or as ongoing support, so you know the cost before you commit.

No. The written action plan is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
